Patrick Winsey is the co-owner, co-broker, and Chief Operating Officer of 5511 Ventures LLC, ERA Legacy Living, Posh Property Management & TWG Commercial Partners with his wife, Jemila. Within just four years of the launch, they propelled their two-office Houston brokerage into the REAL Trends 500, Top 1.5% Brokerages in the U.S, and Number 558 on the 2022 Inc 5000 list of Fastest Growing Companies in the United States. Patrick is responsible for all the companies’ operations and finances.
In their previous franchise affiliation, they garnered numerous prestigious awards, including Rookie Franchisee of the Year, Hall of Fame, Top 250 Team Leaders in Texas, Top 50 Commercial Brokers in the U.S, and Chairman awards, just to name a few. His track record of success also includes a corporate career as an Executive at some of the largest companies in the world.
A Texas Realtors Leadership Graduate, Patrick has served on advisory boards with the Houston Association of Realtors and currently serves as a Director for Texas Realtors.
Patrick is also the co-host of Winding Down with the Winseys — a podcast focused on entrepreneurship, real estate, and couples in business. He is a member of The Gents of Real Estate, Houston’s Most Premier Collective, which includes some of the most successful male real estate entrepreneurs.
Outside of work, Patrick enjoys giving back to the community, and he often serves as a mentor and coach to others.
Patrick graduated from Baylor University, where he studied management Information systems and finance. enjoy spending time traveling the world, exercising their culinary skills and spending family time with their two sons.
